"Chris does not respect his posted office hours. I came at 2:38 pm on a Tuesday and he was absent, even though his posted hours indicate he should have been available. Although he provides a phone number to call, this defeats the purpose of a physical office. If I'm going to have to make a call or am appointment then I might as well use any other agency, there is no reason to select his. If Chris is able to fix this and post accurate hours he can adhere to, I may reconsider and swing by to get a quote as I had originally intended."

However, I was available by phone all day and you might have wanted to call the office to check whether I was in the office on a holiday before stopping by. If you desire to stop by again during the posted hours for a quote, please feel free to do so. "

He was very responsive and thorough when we needed to change our homeowners' policy when we moved from Alexandria to Charlottesville, and when we needed to change our auto policy when we bought a new car.
